Then you should consider serving as a Program Assistant at Lakeview Ministries!
Program Assistants serve camp during the school year. While PAs typically serve from August-May (and into the summer if desired), we also offer quarter and half year options as well. As a Program Assistant, you will:
- Host a wide variety of church retreats, outdoor education classes, family retreats, and other guest groups
- Lead activities like zipline, climbing tower, archery, campfires, and more
- Assist in planning and preparing for the upcoming summer camp season
- Help in the development and improvement of various activity areas around camp
- Wear many hats (figuratively and literally!)
You will be mentored and guided by a team of ministry professionals and have the opportunity to gain a wide variety of skills that will be valuable to any future career. Salary and housing are provided, as well as meals when providing them for groups onsite.
