Job Description:
As Lakeview embarks on multiple large‑scale capital projects over the next
several years, the Construction Manager will serve as an on‑site leader and
in‑house construction expert. Working closely with the Director of Capital
Development, this role oversees day‑to‑day construction activity,
coordinates contractors and volunteers, ensures compliance with codes and
best practices, and helps bring campaign projects from vision to completion.
This position is critical to faithfully stewarding the significant investments
being made in Lakeview’s facilities.

Required qualifications for this role include:

  • A belief in Jesus Christ, and a belief that the ministry of Lakeview Ministries is an effective tool of the Holy Spirit to spread the wonderful news of forgiveness and salvation through Christ.
  • Experience working on a construction crew, including leadership and crew management responsibilities.
  • Strong working knowledge of construction methods, standards, codes, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with subcontractors, staff teams, and volunteers.
  • Commitment and willingness to obtain a contractor’s license (if not already licensed).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Salary/Benefits:
This is a full time salaried position with a salary based on salary guidelines provided by the LCMS Indiana District. There is a full benefits package including cafeteria health plan, retirement, and vacation benefits.

Job Description:
The Director of Advancement provides leadership for all fundraising and
development efforts that support Lakeview’s mission and long‑term
sustainability. This role leads annual giving, major gifts, grants, capital
campaigns, and planned giving—particularly as Lakeview advances the For
Generations to Come campaign and matching opportunities connected to
the Lilly Endowment Grant. The Director of Advancement works closely with
the Executive Director and Camp Lakeview Foundation to cultivate strong
donor relationships that make expanded ministry possible.

Required qualifications for this role include:

  • A belief in Jesus Christ, and a belief that the ministry of Lakeview Ministries is an effective tool of the Holy Spirit to spread the wonderful news of forgiveness and salvation through Christ.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to set and achieve strategic goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to form positive, trust‑building relationships.
  • Ability to speak clearly and confidently in both group settings and one‑on‑one donor conversations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coordinate, and inspire staff and volunteers.
  • Willingness and ability to solicit financial contributions, sponsorships, grants, and planned/estate gifts for the benefit of Lakeview Ministries.

Job Description:
The Director of Operations for Lakeview Springs provides senior leadership
for the development, launch, and ongoing operation of Lakeview’s newest
ministry site. As Lakeview Springs transitions from construction into active
ministry, this role oversees staffing, facilities, programs, and guest
experiences while serving as a visible leader and champion for the site. This
position is essential to ensuring Lakeview Springs grows into a fully
operational, mission‑aligned ministry focused on family and adult programs.

Required qualifications for this role include:

  • Possess at least a bachelor’s degree from a post-secondary institution and have at least four years of job-related experience or have 8 years of job-related experience without a degree.
  • Dedicated Christian who is willing to share their faith in Christ with others.
  • Desire and ability to work outdoors with children, youth, families, and adults.
  • Ability to train, lead and supervise full time, part time, and summer staff members, junior staff and general volunteers.

Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will report to our Executive Administrator and will assist with all aspects of office and business management.

Required qualifications for this role include:

  • Minimum age – 21 years old and completed one year in a post-secondary educational program.
  • Desire and ability to work in a camp setting.
  • Willingness to support the Lord’s ministry here at Lakeview Ministries.

Salary/Benefits:
This is a full time hourly position with an hourly rate between $15 – $20 based on years of experience. There is a benefits package including cafeteria health plan and paid time off. This position is also eligible to receive a call as a rostered worker of the LCMS..


Part Time Hourly

Part-Time Cook (No Current Openings)

We are looking for 1-2 part time cooks to help with the more than 100 retreat groups that visit camp during the months of August, September and October. This is a part-time job that allows you to be flexible, work the days that you’re able, and makes you part of a life-giving ministry and cause. Hours are primarily available on weekends, with a few midweek opportunities. No prior food service experience is necessary, just an ability to follow instructions and work hard! Part-Time Housekeeper / Cleaner (No Current Openings)

Part-time housekeepers help clean our buildings and facilities after each of our school-year retreat groups (August – November, March – May). Our busiest cleaning days are Mondays and Fridays. This is a part-time job that allows you to be flexible, work the days that you’re able, and makes you part of a life-giving ministry and cause.
