Get “Prepped for Camp”!

We can’t wait to welcome your camper to camp soon. We want to do everything we can to simplify things for you, and give you peace of mind knowing you are all set to drop your camper off at camp. Below you’ll find everything you need to do to get “Prepped for Camp”!

TWO WEEKS Before Your Camp Session
  1. Pay the remainder of your Registration Balance AND add $20-30 to your camper’s Canteen account.
    • To do this, click the “Make A Payment” button. Enter the amount you need for the remaining balance under “Registration” and the amount you would like to add for Canteen under “Store”.
    • The “Store” payment is ONLY for Canteen, NOT Shirt Shack. Shirt Shack payments can only be made at camp, not online.
  2. Add any CAMPER MEDICATIONS to your online account.
    • If your camper is bringing any prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, eye drops, topical creams, vitamins, or any other medications, these need to be added in their online account AT LEAST one week prior to their arrival. This can be done by clicking the “Medical” tab on your online account Dashboard.
    • For detailed instructions on how to do this, click HERE
  3. Update your CAMPER MEDICAL INFORMATION Form
    • To do this, select the “Forms” tab on your online account Dashboard. Then open the 2024 Camper Medical Information Form.
    • Make sure all information is accurate and up to date.
  4. Fill out any incomplete forms on your online account.
    • These can all be found under the “Forms” tab on your online acount Dashboard.
    • This includes the Horseback Riding form (excluding the Night Owl session).
  5. Read through the INFORMATION PACKET for your camp session. These packets can be found below. The packet includes a packing list, how to access camp photos, how to contact your camper while they’re at camp, and more.
ARRIVING At Camp
    1. Plan to arrive at camp between 2:00-3:00pm. Arriving at ANY point within this time frame will give you plenty of time to get your camper checked in before their session starts. Check-in runs from 2:00-3:30pm.
    2. Remember which side of camp your session is on. Classic and Explorer Camps will be at Camp Lakeview, and Village Camps will be at Lakeview Villages. The entrances to Camp Lakeview and Lakeview Villages are directly across from each other. Turn into the correct side for your camp session (there are big signs with the name of each side right at the entrance)-we do check in on both sides of camp.
    3. Pack Medications separately. You will need to turn in medications for your camper (including eye drops, vitamins, etc.) at check-in, so make sure to keep them separate from your luggage!
    4. You can leave your luggage in the car! You’ll head to your camper’s cabin to get unpacked AFTER checking in, so you can leave your luggage in the car while checking in.
    5. Need to pick up your camper early? To help better coordinate early pick-ups, if you need to pick up your camper early, you may do so at 10:00am on the last day of their session. (Note: Night Owl session early pick-up is at 2:00pm). Please let your camper’s counselor know if they will be picked up early so they can have your camper’s luggage packed and ready to go!
